Manufacturing Facility
The manufacturing facility is located in the Patancheru industrial
area in the city of Hyderabad, Andhra pradesh, India. the
manufacturing facility spreads over an area of 3 acres with state of
the art machinery and automation tools. the manufacturing facility
meets all the safety and ecological norms and is certified by
ISO9001-2000. the production facility houses Bus Body Building, Three
wheeler manufacturing, Heat Flow Paint Booth, Automotive Seat
manufacturing and the Quality Assurance Department. the facility has
the capability to roll out 100 buses and 500 three wheelers every
month.
Three Wheeler Manufacturing Unit
Various jigs and fixtures have been developed for the
manufacturing of chassis for three wheelers. Advanced machinery has
been imported to automate the process of fabrication.
Bus Body Unit
The company has state of the art machinery for the manufacturing
of coaches. The heat flow paint booth can house a 12m bus-chassis.
Jigs have been developed to automate the process of building
Structures for the Buses. Various dyes have been developed for the
manufacturing of fiber components. An in house metal treatment plant
is available, each and every metal component used in the manufacture
of buses is treated to increase their durability.
Foam Unit
The Company uses RIM Technology ( Reaction Injection molding
techniques) where it runs the Integral PU Armrest on the High
Pressure machine and flexible molded foams on the High Pressure &low
pressure. The dyes and molds are in different models and also
developed in house with its well trained and skilled workers. The
company has imported latest machinery from Italy for delivering
quality products to its customers.
